Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms aim to establish the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator of LinkPlace (linkplace.my, hereinafter "Service") and its users.

Article 2 (Service Definition)

LinkPlace is a marketplace and community platform where app developers can register and share their apps via links. It supports all platforms including iOS, Android, Web, and Toss Mini Apps.

Article 3 (User Eligibility)

• Anyone can browse the app listings and community posts.
• App registration and community posting are limited to admin-approved builder accounts.
• Builder applications require signing in with a Google account.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

• Users must not register content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Users must not register false information or spam content.
• Registered app links must be valid and accessible.
• Users must not engage in illegal activities using the service.

Article 5 (Content Responsibility)

Users are responsible for the app information, posts, comments, and other content they register. The operator may delete inappropriate content or restrict accounts without prior notice.

Article 6 (Service Changes and Suspension)

The operator may change or suspend the service content and policies after prior notice. In unavoidable circumstances, notice may be given afterward.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The operator is not liable for damages arising from users' use of the service. Responsibility for content and features of external apps accessed through links lies with the respective app registrant.
