Refund Policy

1. Refund Principles
After payment for digital products and services (app benchmarking tools, etc.) provided by LinkPlace ("Company"), refunds are provided according to the following principles based on service characteristics. Digital analysis reports are products whose value is consumed upon delivery.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
- When reports or services were not properly delivered for more than 48 hours due to system errors after payment
- When a refund is requested within 7 days after payment without any service usage (analysis requests, report viewing, etc.)
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- When app benchmarking analysis has already started or report viewing/downloading has been completed
- Refunds due to simple change of mind or dissatisfaction with service results (evaluation content, etc.)
- When 7 days have passed after payment without using the service
- Services provided as free benefits or through events
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please submit the following information via customer service email.
- Receipt or order number for the payment
- Registered account email address
- Reason for refund request
Refunds are approved/processed within 3-5 business days from the submission date through the original payment method. (Final refund processing may take additional time depending on credit card company policies.)
